I would imagine they don't. Most of them are required though. I've never actually beaten the game without all of them, so I'm not positive.

I have to thank you for doing this. As awesome as I think .hack is, I don't have a PS2 anymore, any of the games, or 300~ hours to put into them. I might never have gotten to see all this. I must say, you did a DAMN good job. From Libera Me, to tying stuff in from Iluminality and putting in other clips or songs here and there, to just plain being awesome and entertaining to watch. I have nothing bad to say about you and you did all this for free. Thank you!
