Love the reverse hypers! Been thinking of a way to do them sincce I saw Louis Simmons talking about them. Cool dogs too man :)

the bands provide nice resistance, but it isn't quite the same, obviously, as a quality RH machine. But its agreed that $20 in bands is a lot easier to justify than $2000 on a top notch RH, and I'm afraid that the $600 RH won't be worth it. I need to test one out...

stretch are great i use them for extensors, awesome sensations combined with rings too.

dips into rings + stretch bands + barbel.. =ouchhhh
