Finally I got the RGB MOD from Final1208 (:-) and wrote an applet using the Logitech SDK.
There are 36 -45 LED's that can be controlled individually with 8 bit resolution of brightness.

You need something called RGB led's. No you can't use the red/blue leds in your keyboard you need to get the RGB ones.

is there any way to change the led color with out putting in all new leds if there is how can it be done if there is noway then what kind of leds would u need and how many would u need and what kind of solder

This is a hard mod people ... you cant just download it > you need to take your keyboard apart and modify it!

The RGB controller is developed in a project and not sold alone, only together with the G15 MOD (see the web site)

hey i´m thinking i´m getting the led´s and that will come but i need the software to make this work do i need to buy some thing more like dmx512 controller ore not please answer i need answers

You need also a multi-channel RGB-controller. This one here is a special development, that is very small.
It can be configured to interface to a PC or to any DMX512 controller.

Well, you can't change the LED colours with the applet alone. You need to have it modded (with RGB LEDs, controller etc)
