Game physics means something different to the physics we apply in the real life. You're complaint is about the game mechanics. Anyway, is it a bad thing you can cast fire spells underwater, it's a game. We play those things to just chill out and have fun.

@ShamelessSoul You just stated the solution to your own problem. It's fucking magic. You really have a problem with fire underwater, but someone throwing fire from their hands in the first place is no big deal?
More on point, if you watch the video, you'll notice the fire spells are related to heating the water itself (steam, boiling, etc.) and the one spell that looks fire related is a ball of magma.
Also, if you don't see the water boiling at 1:27 you are either stupid or a useless troll.
