I had rabies once. I got it from a black child I picked up in the congo. I threw that little bitch into the zambezi river and got a series of shots.

@MynameisElliott thats not true, you can survive rabies. my father had a patient with rabies and he helped save her life. they put you in a chemically induced coma, the treatment is called milwaukee protocol i think.

@MynameisElliott if caught early enough (atleast with humans) there IS a treatment that CAN treat/cure it. However this must be somewhere in, I think, the first 24 or 48 hours. Spreading this bite = death bit is a fantastic way to encourage suicide or irrational behavior. Any animal bite should immediately be seen by a doctor and if it you fear it had rabies TELL the doctor, shots, no matter how numerous, are less painful than rabid death.
