Rump, or as Brazilians call it 'Picanha', is the king of BBQ cuts. But unless you know how to prepare it and put it on the spike you may end up with a very dry piece of steak. So we visited Buffet Brazil in SW London, whose BBQ master Fernando gave us a simple demo. Nando Cuca helped... in the eating department.

  • @dinnerkbr Yes. I know what you mean. I would love to send everyone who visits Brazil to try the true Churrasco Gaucho, but I think most gringos don't venture into your lovely state, so I suggest they go to Rio instead. But if you have some links showing how to make a true Churrasco, I'd be very happy to publish them.

  • @tololino I am brazilian and traveled to argentina, first thing was trying the famous argentinian barbecue. I was absolutely shocked about the bad quality, hard and tasteless meat, never again

  • Argentines are blow hards with no knowledge at all. Where was Churrascaria born? If you do your proper homework you will find out that was born in today's area (State) called Rio Grande do Sul. Anyway great video nandocuca 2.

  • @cibeleblanco bem, nesse caso você pode perceber que o corte é o de picanha com o coxão duro logo atrás. sei que os cortes exportados são um pouco diferentes mas pode ter certeza que é picanha. abs.

  • I have to confess to Argentine steak is actually higher than the Brazilian and our coffee is really good ...

    But barbecue goes beyond the flesh on fire. The best part is accomplished through the fellowship of the barbecue, the feeling of buying pounds and pounds of meat over and spend the day eating and drinking with friends.
