@xBl00dBrothersX lean protein = fish,chicken,egg whites,venison,turkey. I know the benefits of protein supplements. consider this. if you swap a meal of chicken, broccoli, wholewheat pasta for a protein shake your missing all the vitamins and fibres you cannot get from a shake. tests have been done with the replacement of 1 meal a day for a shake and the results are soft muscles.. muscles need real food. Supplements are easy and fast nothing more.

@jfmn24 You can get all the protein u need from chicken sure... but u get the cholesterol, the calories, and everything else that you DON'T WANT. Protein shakes are lean protein which is what you want. Supplements are NOT a scam - they obviously work.

I am in better shape than this guy with 0 supplements. I eat well and train hard. supplements are a massive marketing scam. you can get what you need from food. FACT.
