RCMP took down this drug addict hard as he was threatening people standing at the bus stop. After repeated demands to get on the ground the subject went to reach into his backpack and the officer had no choice but to take the subject down.

Ya, He's talking about cokebugs, people who shoot cocaine sometimes think there are bugs crawling on and under their skin. A lot of times they'll actually dig holes in their skin trying to get them out.

Other drugs cause the same thing but shooting cocaine is the worst.
