Great drill for goalies to focus on initial save, recover, and preparation for rebound. When positioning for a rebound to a goalies left the goalie should raise his right leg first for a faster pushoff. Notice the additional time and effort it takes as this goalie starts by using the wrong leg on the first few sequences.

  • wow your pads are way tooo big, your coach should be telling you right off the start that your getting up on the wrong leg when you follow the puck,,the first three shot ,you get up on your wrong leg,,,, other than that keep working hard you will eventually grow into your pads.
