Reporters from INFOWARS.COM were harassed and threatened with arrest in downtown Kansas City, Missouri after filming the local branch of the private Federal Reserve building. Security guards working for the bank approached the reporters at a city park that houses the National WWI memorial and demanded that they provide their names and disclose why they were filming the building. After Aaron Dykes refused to provide his full name, he was told to leave public property immediately or face arrest because the bank was concerned about what he was filming despite the fact that the female security guard repeatedly admitted he had done nothing wrong. In the face of Free Speech under the First Amendment, as well as common sense, the other reporter, Rob Jacobson was also told to leave despite complying with the request to provide his name.

  • look @ the scum slaves im a part of something start calling weak people on there criminal activity.look at this bitch a little authority.worthless humans

  • @79chemdog

Think before you type, for humans are anything but worthless. 'TIs only a disgrace to see humans sink so low as to work for their would-be conquerors who are disgraceful humans themselves for they are only harming themselves as well as all others who live on this planet. They are preventing their own powers from manifesting as well as the powers of all of humanity. And by the time it all sinks in, it will be too late for them to do anything about it unless we act now.

  • are they real officers or private security?

  • @StraussBR

They are private security and are going beyond their reach in saying that you can't take pictures of a building on public property.

  • adamsmith2011 Really?Obama divides white against black? So I guess the substantial amount of white people who voted for Obama just dont exist then.

  • Ohh shit the nazi pigs are here in america "show your papers slave 'it's going to get worse.

  • i would of told her to fuck off and turned my back to her like nothing happened lol.

  • Obama claims to be a uniter, but the simplest empirical survey will show that he is the most explosive divider seen in this country in decades, since he has succeeded in splitting both the Democratic Party and the US population in general according to the classic fault lines of white against black, black against Hispanic, black against Asian, black against Jewish, men against women, old against young, rich against poor. Obama is planning a civil war.

  • Jesus, glad I've left America recently.

  • People, the time is now. We will not be treated like this in our own land. We defeated fascists in Europe and we will defeat them here if need be. The Federal Reserve should be put into its place. The time is now, American men and women, boys and girls, of all races, religions and ancestry, together we are bound by our love for American ideals and knowledge of our rights, of which are being infringed more and more. The time is now. Stand up, join together and together we shall overcome.

  • One more issue, in order for a security officer to in effect make an arrest, the felony must be committed in the security officer's presence.

  • A LEO (Law Enforcement Officer) and illegal detention.

These security officers CLEARLY abused their authority and I would file a complaint with the local attorney general and insist on pressing charges.

  • As an expert in private security, depending on the state, some security officers do in fact have arrest powers.

The problem with that is that 95% of the states that grant this authority only apply the powers to the property the officer is paid to protect. In Laymen's terms, these officers were completely WRONG given that this was public property. If I were that cameraman, I would have immediately called the police and have these security officers charged with impersonating -CONTINUED-
