Sega did it rite. They had online dial up modem in 2000 (broadband only in US sold seperately), 4 controller port with vmu double slot memory card port and best graphics at the time released (1999).

lmao is that Brian Grant on the other side of the couch? WOW i can't believe it's been a whole decade! I got the system shortly after launch and NBA 2K put every simulation basketball game made at that point to absolute shame
