  • It's funny how she didn't give us a demonstration

    on her own hair

  • Why wouldn't you just use oil. body oil, cooking oil. Who the hell would resort to mechanical oil?? and the smell.

  • trollvillage.

  • this is not for matted hair. matted hair is big clumps of tangles that look like dreads.

my whole head of hair was matted like dread locks to the roots, but I managed to get it out!!!! I made a blog on how I got it out. I don't want anyone going through the pain stress and depression I went through. feel free to contact me through my blog (mattedhair.blogspot.com)

I will help as much as I can. trust me it is possible to take out matts!! I am living proof of it.

  • So how many times have you put WD40 in your hair???? yeah, exactly

  • you're high!!

  • @101ILUVALICE True but if you've smelled WD-40 or anything like it you recognize it's a toxic petrochemical; I'm assuming this wikipedia article is somewhat accurate

  • @ArcaneThingOfBeauty i wouldnt turn to WIKIPEDIA for answers... anyone can change that answer.. it could be true OR FALSE- and u not even know it!!! :/

  • Wikipedia:

50%: Stoddard solvent (i.e., mineral spirits – primarily hexane, somewhat similar to kerosene)

25%: Liquefied petroleum gas (presumably as a propellant; carbon dioxide is now used instead to reduce WD-40's considerable flammability)

15+%: Mineral oil (light lubricating oil)

    10-%: Inert ingredients

The German version of the mandatory EU safety sheet lists the following safety-relevant ingredients:

60-80%: Heavy Naphtha (petroleum product), hydrogen treated

    1-5%: Carbon dioxide

  • I ain't sprayin no damn WD-40 in my hair! @_@

When I was little, I remember Daddy fixin my bike chain w/ that junk, and I could never stand the smell! Plus, do you know the toxicity of the ingredients in that stuff?! Why not use Extra Virgin Olive Oil? I have extremely kinky hair and it works fine for me!

  • Expert Village does have some videos that totally are unhelpful..but this has got to be the worst....

  • u kiddin' right? why wouldn't u use Oil Sheen?...u should be blonde
