Mursi announces four-stage parliamentary vote

http://www.euronews.com/ Egyptian President Mohamed Mursi has called a four-stage vote for parliamentary elections that will begin on April 27 and finish in June. The new parliament will convene on July 6. Egypt is currently deeply divided between Islamist parties and a more secular minded opposition. It is hoped the vote will bring an end to the recent unrest.
