Fried Soft Shell Crab

This is a delicious light recipe for soft shell crab, its a simple and very tasty recipe. I purchased these thru FreshDirect, i love shopping with them. You can use as many crabs as you want. ingredients:
2-4 crabs
1 egg
1 cup of milk
1 cup of flour
salt and pepper to taste
other seasonings are optional
canola or vegetable oil for frying (you can also use lard)

1 is a appetizer 2 can be for a meal.

I live in the UK - and can only get frozen Softshell crabs - but I have them on order and will cook them just like this - I have also purchased some OLDBAY to add into the flour - I hope it all goes OK .... UMMMMMMM

My mouth is watering from this. I've had blue crab before, in fact I once made a blue crab quesadilla which was to die for! I never had them just fried, but it sounds delicious. Do you think Cocktail sauce or tartar sauce for a dip would be good?
