I have listened to what this man says and it is just anything. Or, he plays with your balls, or he knows nuts about Kabbalah. He talks a lot of nonsense. Nothingness means any spot where nothing is to create something. If you want to put a house on a place where another house is standing, you need to create a virgin space, remove the house and create nothingness. Now, the creation is a mystery and what is refered in scriptures as Nothingness is the inner of the female Uterus. It is that Nothingness, the virgin space out of which all becomes. The Torah refers to the cosmogenesis, the creation of a new human being.
