What happens in a world where interactions become tangible? This piece is driven by a series of questions about the future of the design of interactions that provokes and suggests opportunity.

Designed by Jonathan Jarvis in the Media Design Program at Art Center College of Design, Tangible Interactions in Motion is a work-in-progress, and the start Jonathan's Master's Thesis exploration and research.

  • sound is not working. Or is soundless?

  • I really like your style.

  • We are all made of stars.

  • It would also allow us to become closer as a society, knowing that a caterpillar shoe, means that you are contributing to the destruction of someones home because caterpillar not only make shoes, but they also make bulldozers for Israel , would instantly create massive descent and condemnation over the medias coverage of the conflict between Israel and Palestine etc etc. It would make people think a hell of a lot more conscientiously about what it is they are consuming

  • I think allowing the object to be seen in its entirety would scare the shit out of people, we are used to not knowing, and much of the time, not caring where an object comes from. This is amongst the top 10 reasons why we are in such a mess as a peoples. Once we know, and understand that which we consume and interact with, we are therefore more informed, and more likely to condemn and destroy anything that we find abhorrent. i.e, boycotts of unethical products on a mass scale

  • anything would be good i have deathroars going in the background as i watched this

  • folks like the animation (I agree needs audio)? check out bruce sterling's book "shaping things"
