Hey Roger, you still at the tree house? Dude had a lightening struck barberchair on me and sucked me into the tree pinned for I know well over 10 minutes. 15 and nothing seriously wrong, I was due for it i guess. Alas, all is well!

Thanks for the clarification Rbtree. Here too we get pallets, wooden boards, etc ... from the trunks when appropriate, or they are used to produce bioenergy. Ciao, Giorgio

Yo Giorgio!! We sold the log...made $43 more than the $300 log trucking fee. Low grade wood, pallet boards are made from it.

Unfortunately, Doug didn't know that the Canon Prol only shoots 30 second vid clips. So we missed the tree going over. The butt was 86 feet long and weighed about 15 tons!! That's about 70 pounds per cubic foot, if I recall my figuring correctly!! Even in the winter, black cottonwood is full of water!
