This is Steve Barton's first final performance on January 17, 1999, before he came back for his final final performance in 2000. This cast included Cornelia Zenz and Alex Melcher.

There are a lot of different performances by Steve of this song posted on Youtube but this version is one of my favorites. Steve really lets go with a lot of power and emotion, especially near the end. The taper did a great job capturing close ups.

I wish I was one of those screaming girls. That was really intense I would hate to be on that stage with him and its good he's alone up there...he owns it throughout the song. He's amazing to watch he looks so vunerable and dangerous during this performance. Man, miss you Steve, that was crazy.
