Beatles Vid #6 - Martha My Dear.
PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER:
This one was hard to do because the song ended before the story did (which explains the rough ending). Look for my video with bloopers, deleted scenes, and two alternate endings.
I just completed this final an hour ago (9:45 EST -01.21.07). It's not the best, but I wanted to delve in to the "silent film" genre and the song seemed appropriate to make one with.

* I know I messed up with the end-credit song. It's "She's Leaving Home." Thank you to Beatlemaniagirl for letting me know - I wish I caught it before I posted the final version!
* This song was actually written about Paul's dog, Martha!

* The guitar in the scenes with the Beatles poster is my Epiphone Beatle Bass. I love that thing!

*** I would like to thank everyone who has commented on the video, even the people who continue to tell me that Martha isn't a person. I knew this before I made the video, but seriously, any song can carry any meaning to anybody. I decided to film Paul and his struggle between celebrity and his feelings for a girl. If I had a dog named Michelle and made a video of her with the Beatles song, would I get as much criticism because Michelle is directed to a human female?

You mean this ISN'T the bloopers reel? I'm forgiving all because I love stop animation, but you've got to change the credits to read: end credits...She's Leaving Home. They're right you know, you should have had at least one shot of the damn sheepdog after all...
