No, cheats are put in game for different purposes, not to be used online, that's why half of the cheats for games disable online interactions, and mods are different from cheats. Mods means that something has been done to the game or the console, causing you to become better at the game. Also, there are no cheats for Halo, and if you type it into a search bar, you will get "cheats" that really just tell you how to get all the skulls and the armor in Halo by doing the achievements.

He's a 32...and he sucks. Don't pay attention to how I was playing when I was recording...I was too busy making sure my sound levels were even and trying to squeeze as much out of him as I could without angering him to the point that he would quit. We played him before he starting bragging about how he cheated, and he could hardly compete - definitely not a legit 32.
