SYNOPSIS


A pair of Western Samoans arrives in New-Zealand mid-1960's, and their white, New Zealand neighbor is not happy to see them. He makes xenophobic remarks, especially the Pacific islanders ever playing or knowing rugby, where New Zealand is famous world wide because of the reputation of the All Blacks. His wife confronts his racist and xenophobic attitude when their television breaks down. Twenty years later this same pattern is repeated, when an Arab couple becomes the new neighbors and it's from the Samoan husband who is xenophobic instead.
