Learning about the pelvis and it's proper bio-mechanics is fundamental for a having healthy spine, lower back, pelvis and hip. When we understand how the body actually functions we can align more closely with that design and make sure that the movement, exercise or rehab is complimenting that, rather than opposing what the body naturally knows how to do.
