  • I purchased an aluminum swash plate that was already shortened and it cost me like 4 bucks! don't waste your time doing this just go to a good hobby store and they will have mods that fit this. There are a million mods for the MSR!

  • @chris4me123 $4 share the link so we can all get one, love how cheap these things are

  • Man thats an ugly hack job.....I cant believe someone doesnt make a mod swashplate for those things. If you chop that thing up and dont get everything PRECISELY right youre toast. How many goofballs have watched this and totally botched the job I wonder...

  • @jtlachappelle There is a swashplate that now has been made that is the same length as mine is and as far as getting everything precisely right the mSR is forgiving in that respect, actually any FP heli is due to the mechanics of the head, many know this but you could learn a few things about that online by doing a google search and I am sure you can pick up some basic knowledge

  • Hi...

i fixed my MSR !!! As i thought the servo was faulty. I got some new ones and bought a soldering iron with a thin tip. So this morning i re joined the wire with solder . And put the battery in, then it worked!!!! im so happy, a week without the msr. BTW im 14. happy flying!!

  • Well Done!!

  • @Gourvelos I agree!! You don't have to be 100% precise...But at least be about 90% their is enough play to compensate.....This is a nice quick Mod & another way to save a couple of bucks for "real crash repairs"

  • Thanks Gourvelos might be one day i need do it.

  • Man u got some skillz.

  • @Gourvelos I picked mine up at a hobby shop in Alliston Ontario so there is no link. Just check your local hobby shop or go to one of there web pages and search around a little bit. Most of my parts are aluminum.

  • @yomrd salt water?! I surprised it still works
