@nibsvkh some muslim countries permit honor killings, and in some christian countries the state murders criminals. Both are abhorrent acts of violence. The issue has nothing to do with religion but the way societies have developed. I'm a feminist and committed to the emancipation of women, but I'm also committed to peace and don't see any benefit in singling out one culture's bad practices and ignoring others. The world has a long way to go, including the west.

I am a Muslim girl living in a Muslim country there is no where in Islam that says do this to your women they are not Muslim they are just some cultural people who are making things up by the name of Islam and to mention I am not just seeing this things in Asian Muslim countries but in every single country in this world weather Muslim or not

Honour killing is not good but they have no option. if they teach them about culter and religion by born then its not going to happen in their family. :)

is this movie made to support honour killing??? after seeing the ending i feel so... its justifying the honour killing... a serious topic handled very badly.... in the first scene itself the climax revealed... if not so, the climax would have been so shocking.... it was just seeing what we expected... and other than Narinder no one turns up to the mark in acting... poor performances... Narinder amazingly portayed the dilemma of a father... and the BG music was amazing.....
