Santa Clara University's international students took their first crash course on networking and dining to help them gain the confidence and poise they need in professional settings such as socila events, client meetings, and job interviews that involve meals. SCU's Career Center hosted an etiquette dinner that not only showed students the basics of silverware and table manners, but how to juggle their plates, drinks, and napkins while working a room full of high-powered executives.
