The nissan 300zx subframe supports the diff and suspension linkages. The subframe to chassis bushings are a real pain to remove.
Here is the process I used to remove the bushings before replacing with new items

  • I used a heat gun instead of a torch and fuel but that works too.

    Yeah, I was a little concerned about the heat damaging the steel, So I went easy on the heat.... ie not directly heating the metal frame.

    I think there is just no 'easy' way to do it.
