  • This is awesome. I'm going to modify this method to make beignets. PS the Pocket Rocket is worth its weight in gold.

  • I use to make donuts like that when I was a kid. I didn't even think of them on the trail. Thanks!

  • @wawhiker That would be awesome if you could make a clean- up video. I always carry Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap in a little 1 oz. Nalgene squirt bottle. I have used it for toothpaste, not too bad, just don't put more than a drop, the peppermint is VERY powerful. It will take your breath away, i learned the hard way. lol Thanks again for the great video, keep up the awesome videos, waw' !

  • @CDoggsRandoms Good to know you were a campsite hit! Now you got me thinking I should do a video on the clean-up. I wipe out all the oil I can from the pot, then boil water in the same pot and add a healthy squirt of Dr. Bronner's Organic Peppermint Liquid Soap (or the soap of your choice). Dr. Bronner's is a must carry for me - doing dishes and for personal hygiene (I've read were some backpackers use it to brush their teeth - I haven't tried that). Thanks, you made my day!
