the intracal calcium giving me a hard time with my heart. i now have an irregular heartbeat and unexplain fatigue. i dont know what to do my self. but tomorrow im going to a doctor..i itch and im losing lots of hair...i have pimple and rashes on my back and on my chest. this is not fun. i thought i was getting good stuff. i never had to take 6 a day. but i think thats too much. not to mention is not good for kidney. im gonna return 3 bottles left. im going crazy dont know whats wrong with this
perhaps his definition of powerhouse is the housing for the mitochondria, he clearly states what he recommends orotate, citrate is garbage and 30% is a high estimate for it. aspartate anhydrous and orotate have the best absorption numbers 90% against citrates perhaps numbers as low as 10%
You seem to contradict yourself. First of you state that the cell membrane is the power house of the cell. That is incorrect. Any fifth grader can tell you that the power house of the cell is the mitochondria. You then state that Ca++ amino ethyl phosphate, Ca++arginate and Ca++aspertate are the only ones you recommend, then you say that orotate is the one you use on a regular basis. So which is it?

You are obviously uneducated with respect to the chemistry, biochemistry, biology, and metabolism of calcium.
