You need a certain type of voice to pull of a small faces cover....ie powerful, bluesy.....Weller and Parker have neither!!!!!!!

@darkarts59 I totally agree. I love this song& Steve Marriott& Small Faces and they really don't do it any justice. That guy cannot sing for shite. What an insult to Steve. I can't believe Troel would even attempt it. It sounds so awful.. He didn't even know some of the words!

@darkarts59 It's a concert in memory of Steve Marriot so obviously these artists are there to pay there respects by playing the songs of his career. To say leave well alone, is saying don't bother remembering. I'm a big fan of The Small Faces and personally I think this is great version of a great song. Noel & Paul are huge fans of Marriot and hence why they're playing at his memorial concert. They pass his music on to the next generation as it should be.
