  • The Machines are supposed to be the vengeful God and his angels of the OT who demands complete obedience from his subjects. Neo is supposed to be Jesus who gets the vengeful God to show mercy on the humans in exchange for his sacrifice. The rebel program of Smith is supposed to be Satan. Smith's ability to copy himself is allegory for how Satan corrupts mankind with his influence. Now that I'm older and rewatched it, this is what I got out of the ending; Cartesian allegory, not Baudrillard.

  • @AROMANNNNNN By your logic, all critical receptions of movies are failures simply because "all movies entertain" and that all critics should stfu and gtfo. There are critics because they think the movies don't entertain because of how the movie is made.

  • Fail. It's a movie. It entertains. Stfu or gtfo

  • people hate when they don't understand

  • you might as well just said "a wizard did it"

  • pity Trinity died.

  • the movie is not that bad ya you bring up good points but if everybody were to just nitpick at every little thing they don't like nobody would have a favorite movie.

  • people watch movies for fun u fucking moron
