I was fortunate to be able to train with Sensei during this time period. Trust me, he makes these movements look very simple because he moves so naturally and effortlessly through them but they are not as easy as he makes them look. I have also been on the "pain receiving " end of some his techniques and again please trust me when i tell you that when it looks least painful, that is when it hurts like hell.
