  • can you use grease proof paaper for this, because i am making vienesse biscuits and they need to be piped.....

  • @irisayala you could try with wax paper, but it's less sturdy than parchment paper and it will likely fall apart very easily. You also probably won't get a sturdy tip for piping, but wax paper is safe enough to use with cold foods so give it a try. Colleen Tully, web food editor, Canadian Living

  • What about wax paper, can I use wax paper instead? Parchment papr is kinda expensive

  • @hellohello227 we don't recommend computer paper because the oils from your icing or whatever you're piping will seep into the paper, causing it to tear. You also don't want the bleach and chemicals from computer paper getting into something you're going to eat - parchment paper isn't expensive and is the best for this.   • can you use regular computer paper. because i only have computer paper and alluminum foil but alluminum foil is definetly not gonna work
