*There was silence for a few moments*
Miley: Wait a minute. Demi, how far along are you?
Demi: (Sad) Almost two months.
Miley: So is--
Demi: Cody the father? Yeah. He is.
Joe: Biologically, of course. But were going to be a family. Her, I and that baby.
Miley: So then, what now?
Selena: We carry on.
Nick: Its all we can do.
Miley: Shouldnt Cody be going to jail or something? Why is he still around?
Demi: Because he said it was consensual, and because there was no proof, nothing happened to him. So he can go on doing the same things and getting away with it (Looks at Selena) Im sorry, Selena.
Nick: (Hugs Selena) Are you going to be okay?
Selena: We all will. Eventually.
Demi: Lets get to English.
*In English class*
Cody: (Smiles and waves at Selena) Over here.
Joe: (Walks up to Cody and looks him straight in the face) Who do you think you are? Leave them alone. Trust me, you do not want to take this any further.
Cody: But we have a project to finish.
Selena: (Walks over to them) Its done, here (Hands him the project) Now were done.
Cody: (Shakes his head and then notices Miley and Demi walk into the classroom) Miley?
Miley: Excuse me, do I know you? (Shakes her head) I didnt think so. Lets go guys.
*Joe, Demi, Selena and Miley all walked over to sit at the table on the other side of the classroom, and started working. Taylor walked into the room and sat down next to Cody*
Cody: Umm, hello?
Taylor: Hey!
Cody: (Confused) Since when are you in this class?
Taylor: I transferred. Wanted to see what all the rage was about.
Cody: Alright then
Taylor: So if its okay, Id like to ask you a question.
Cody: Shoot.
Taylor: Did you really rape Demi? Or is she just making it up for the attention?
Cody: (Laughs, trying to hide the truth) Of course I didnt Tay, you know how the losers like their attention.
Taylor: (Laughs too) You are so right. But you did sleep with her didnt you?
Cody: (Nods) I did. It was a pretty dull time though. She was definitely one of the more needy girls Ive been with. I think it was her first time though. Shes just made this up to cover the fact that she lost her virginity to some guy her friend used to date (Laughs again)
Taylor: (Smiles and looks over at everyone else, loudly) Wow, talk about pathetic.
