Frighteningly accurate. Do Essilor teach their representatives to behave like that or just choose the ones who do? I do hope Essilor are seeing both this and the comments - maybe things will change for the better. But I'm not holding my breath....

Im not sure what rep you have... but Essilor has cut our prices in half and offers outstanding warranties. Our lab is outstanding!
