http://healfromeczema.eventbrite.com/

Eczema is an inflammatory skin disease created by foods that cause inflammation. In this video, I will detail how soy, dairy, and grains, which are common foods in the American diet, cause the inflammation and allergies related to eczema. I will also detail the other hidden causes of eczema.

  • i agree with u mate

  • foods dont necessarily cause eczema because eczema is heriditary ...its caused from asthma and things like that...some food, enviroments and animals cause it to flare up..i went to the doctor and i got my allergy test back and i found out that im allergic to chicken, milk, beef, dogs, roaches, grass, mold and about 50 other things..NO LIE..if you have eczema go to a allergist find out what you shouldnt have..take lukewarm showers and AIR DRY..no towel..wash your clothes and keep your house clean..

  • Corn does not have gluten

  • what do you eat instead of these?

All i can think of is fish, fruits and vegs, nuts, honey.

i cant think of anymore lol

  • @daddysgirl3471 thanks, I stopped eating dairy and the eczema I had for 20 years went away in a week. been eczema free for 6 months now. the one other thing that can make eczema flare up is weather. its getting cold outside and my hands are getting dry and as a result had some minor eczema on my hands. I put lotion on it once and it went away within two days.

  • @cmonutube Well said cmonutube! I agree!

  • @BellaaMarlene the number of people who have eczema are growing in the western world. It means that something is wrong with our habits, whether it's food or environmental causes. Now, some people are more sensitive than others, just like some people get allergies and others don't...

  • Thanks719: You hit it on the head. There is no money for Big Pharma if we all just ate a whole food diet and took responsibility for our own health. It's a lot easier for a doc to write ax RX rather then take the time to help us determine what is actually causing the problem. "Food, Inc" is a must see also. Thanks for getting the word out; good job.

  • I have been tested about all those foods and I had all the results negatives, as well I tried a raw vegetable diet, and unfortunetely didnt work. The only thing that helped me was consume huge amounts of honey, coconut oil and olive oil.

  • So what should I eat. To tell u the truth though Dr. if we follow all these things we may just stop eating period lol. I have been drinking Soy milk all along thinking that it'll go away. I have had eczema from birth. what should I do. Bear in mind I have four tiny fibroids left in the lining for my uterus after doing surgery taking out one large one.
