@goodkill1 Holy crap, it's no contest in that department. The Mirage tries to kill you if you even think about getting into the boost around a turn! The Evo, on the other hand, says: "C'mon, is that all you got?!"

My mustang is pretty damn fast. Idk the final speed of this race, but I know I tore up an evo in 4th the other day. I'm guessing the mirage hit around 100-110 in this video no?

i would take the evo,i would prefer a cool looking fast car to a really fast pice of shit

@turbomiragedude but effective!
imagine you have some guy in his expensive BMW or something whizzing by, and all of a sudden this old small car jumping out of collumn, lighting the rotating lights, already overtaking the BMW! they wouldn't know what hit them!
great car, compliments for tuning it!

Sounded like a standard lancer to me, the most apparent thing about the evos is that you can actually hear the turbo spool, the only turbo i heard was from the actual mirage from the begining of the "drag".
Also don't forget to take into account the gearbox ratios.

@Bobbit323 Well, you're wrong, dummy. I owned these cars at the time this video was shot. Do you really think a standard lancer would sound and accelerate like this? Have you driven a 2003 Evo with the stock airbox on the highway? You can barely hear the turbo spool over the tire and wind noise. Oh, and as for gearbox ratios, the Evo has the advantage. Do you believe gearing will overcome a 100hp deficit and 700lb weight disadvantage? C'mon son, learn some stuff before spouting nonsense.
