i never want to lecture anyone. I suffered for 47 years with social anxiety and I found relief in July 2011. i am not affiliated with this lady or her work. I am just glad not to live with the isolation, pain, anguish, anxiety, fakeness, and unhappiness of not having friends. I found relief from a lady named Byron Katie and her work. Sure there are some crappy ones just as I've found that there are some real shitty guys out there, one who caused me depression I still suffer with today. But don't harbor hatred and DEFINITELY don't commit suicide over anybody thats just giving your power away to them, power they don't deserve.
