i got a problem. sv cheats is set to 1 and i type host_timescale 0.1 and .1 but neither work. can u u help?

in a game where ur the host, hit the console button and type "sv_cheats 1", then type "host_timescale .1" (1.0 is the default speed.)

I have a few questions about gmod

1:from how many different games can you use guns from cause all I've seen is hl2 and css (can you use guns from all of the source games or just those 2_)

2:when it comes to using the timescale for slo-mo is it bound to a key or do you have to manually turn it on from the console?

3: do you think I should buy this game?

here even host_timescale 0.0001 works

Host_timescale 0.05 is cool, Host_timescale 0.1 or 0.2 is fun, you don't have to wait long for reloading, and Host_timescale 0.01 is ULTRA SLO.

the cheat to SLOW MO DEATHS (no slow mo gameplay) is cl_phys_timescale 0.05 :)

Go into Options>Advanced and hit developers console .Apply settings and hit the squigly button above Tab. Type: sv_cheats 1 and then host_timescale 0.3

1.0 is normal
