  • @LahDeeh Como es video muestra no importa el peso, se trata de que tu te adaptes al peso k tu soportes, y pues se recomienda flexionar un poco las rodillas para k el peso sea total en tus brasos y no te afecte en la espalda

  • de cuantos quilos son? no hay que flexionar las rodillas?
