Looks really good I am going to have to try and make those potatos. Also ceramic knives do work great I use my wife's ceramic knife more than I use my high dollar Japanese cutlery hands down. Oh by the way how dose you ceramic potato peeler work

@haftafish8780 Thanks man..the tater peeler worked awesome..but it broke yesterday one of the nipples on the blade that holds it in the handle broke off..

Looks great You need to get some other sizes of cast iron That all I will use Is that a ceramic knife ?

Super good, keep that beef rarish. Just had some some beef guisada, "Meat and gravy" I always make sure to cook my stewed stuff slow and low, well protien. Either way I'd eat this anytime I could afford it.
