Byakuya Kuchiki x Orihime Inoue: You'll Never Be Alone

Story: Byakuya Kuchiki looks up at the sky, remembering the time Orihime Inoue and her friends were in the Soul Society. He longs to see her again, misses her, and realizes how much he loves her as flashbacks enter his mind. Orihime is battling an enemy back in the Real World and gets hurt. Byakuya, who decided to secretly visit Orihime, becomes enraged upon seeing his lover hurt and rescues her, defeating Orihime's enemy.

Byakuya takes Orihime back to Soul Society where she recovers. The following day, the two speak and fight. Byakuya becomes angry at Orihime's recklessness, which he clearly expresses to her, and as he walks away, Orihime weeps and whispers in a shaky voice, "I'm so sorry, Byakuya..."

Byakuya takes a walk at night during that same day in the cherry orchard, the pink petals floating all around him. He remembers Orihime's beautiful smile and caring heart for a man like him, and the moments she spent in Soul Society. Enemies infiltrate Soul Society once again and Byakuya senses that Orihime is in danger again. He rushes to her aid again and suffers a major wound to the chest. Orihime, her love for Byakuya undying, genuine, deep, and passionate, fights the foe in the name of true love and protects Byakuya.

With the enemy dead, she rushes to the side of Byakuya. She gets upset at Byakuya's recklessness, for which he apologizes for and laughs at and he explains to Orihime how deep his feelings run for her and how he'd do anything in the world to be with her forever and protect her, even if it cost him his own life. Memories flash in Orihime's mind—memories of her time with Byakuya and when she first saw him look so handsome amidst the glow of the moonlight and amongst the pink petals. She blushes, takes his hand, and begins to cry, showing how much she cares for him. The both look at the bracelet that Byakuya gave her long ago. Orihime holds his hand againtightly. Byakuya tells her that he loves her and she smiles softly and moves closer to him, the two merging into a deep kiss. How romantic! Eeek! ^_^
