Purging systems are available from P.I.P.E. Ltd., in a number of different forms. Canvas covered purge bladders with protected hoses have been designed and manufactured to meet arduous site conditions and high temperatures which are produced when welding exotic materials. Solubles for closed site runs and precision purge clamps for the pharmaceutical and process industries are also available. P.I.P.E. Ltd. purging systems are designed to greatly reduce gas usage and purging times therefore providing significant cost reductions.
OXYGEN MONITOR
Used in conjunction with our purging systems, the Oxygen Monitor is designed to measure accurately the ppm of oxygen in the weld area, alerting the welder immediately when purging is complete so there is no waste in time or gasses.
