How to: Cook rice and peas

My friend Holly asked me how my mum and dad cook rice and peas, so I roped my mum into getting in front of the camera and showing the world how to cook what we eat!

Obviously there is no definitive way to do this and it will come out differently for different people - but this is how my family does it :) enjoy!

Hey Guy with the AWESOME accent - your mom's rice and peas is the most authentic way of rice and pease cooking that I have seen on youtube yet. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't delete this. I need to come back often to reference it. I've not seen that before, and i am still a bit confused about why you are calling the beans peas.. but it looks great.. i'm gonna attempt to make that later today i think.
