Most likely the ground gave away under his front wheels. I have had that happen but was lucky enough not to go over. Scared the hell out of me.

Should of drop the loader on the Dummy operator. He is useless.
-
He was no operator pulling up to a 20 meter bluff with his bucket over his head -- Jesusss!!! lower it to the ground and push the load off the bluff for Christ sake!!!

do do do do do do do do do dew!

don't go to bed with an itchy butt, you'll wake up with stinky fingers
-
just get that exavator to hold onto the back, lower the bucket, and off ya go, as for the broken bones, just duck tape em, but in all seriousness, the operator is lucky he did not get crushed
-
bad spot to be practicing stoppies. I hope he shut it off before he fell out...could have caused serious damage to the engine if he didn't
-
he probaly drove to the edge and tried to stop but went to far and slammed into reverse and then put the petal to the metal a little to fast and tipped it frontwards
-
Well, tell us if the machine was undamaged. That's what matters...

In something like that you never jump out cause it will probably crush you. Just hang on and ride it to the bottom. In this case the bottom was the top so he should have just gotten away with a ruined pair of underwear, a yelling from his boss and his co workers ribbing him.
Thats why you wear your seatbelt and stay in the machine.
