@34sunbun I totally agree. There should be a sticker that goes on a package or a menu that shows that the animal we're consuming went through a plant based off Dr. Grandin's design, that way we could know for sure.

Isn't is well known that when an animal is killed for its meat their meat is best harvested while they are calm or peaceful..This treatment would improve the meat but getting some of these slaughter houses to care enough for this. WE don't have much to go by when we buy our meat as far as how the animal was cared for unless you go strictly organic and more..God bless Temple she is a gift to us from God.

Temple Grandin is awesome. I hope she has some disciples to follow in her footsteps when she decides to retire. Animals are going to continue to be slaughtered for meat but we can at least do it in a humane (as well as efficient) manner.
