The same as the first windmill, just modified since mother nature has shown her strength. PVC blades, muffler tubing for mast, GM alternator(new windings)located in the back yard.

  • I think you could do much better if you carved some blades out of wood

  • I you might want to rethink the PVC pipe part.

    those blades probably cost alot more than good ol steel pipe.

  • Hello great project dont know if yoiu answer questions, but thought id try. I think you said you used a gm alternator and rewired it somehow, is that hard to do and is there a site somewhere that would show me how? am trying to do get where i can recharge a deep cycle battery during day and run a light and computer at night for a couple of hours. maybe cant be done, dont know. thanks in advance
