Whatever. That's why you have a national design award for heavy showers? It will be nice when safery laws are passed soon requiring proper engineering.

Your silicone job is sloppy! Ive been doing glass for 15 years and that is not how yoy should leave your caulking to glass. you should delete this video.

you people are idiots.

We get our supplies from CRL aswell. So after you silicone the edges you use sprayaway over it before you tool? Then just let the sprayaway dry? I usually do it with either blue masking tape or just dry. Ive seen people lick their finger but personally i think that makes more of a mess than anything. I really want to try that spraying idea though it looks like gold.

I have the same question as rac5518, what is the spray you are using to keep the silicone from making a mess?
Wow, i agree you need to delete this before a potential customer watches this. Silicone is not a sufficient bond to the tile, additional clips must be used. Also there are clear polycarbonate sweeps available to retain water (the purpose of a shower enclosure). And you dumbasses showed us you mismeasured the panel, then broke it on the jobsite. So unprofessional!

@Vinceman7 think about this, i would be the worst glazier if i were you. This Shower installed by you probably be a real masterpiece. all your clips you talk about to make it all stand out. Some customers love to see hardware everywhere even 2 clips down the mitered corner.(that's your way). 780 showers and 600 happy customers a year which translate to about 3 installs day and SALES PORTFOLIO demonstrating 15 different ways to complete this project and i don't think you have a caulking gun.
