Your swash is going the correct way. I just researched that the swash movement is like that on the Blade 450's and I have some tools that we can use to center the swash plate and get your servos all centered. Will get it all sorted this week so you can fly if not already in the air!? =)

Your swash plate is moving wrong . When you throttle up your swash should go up and when you throttle down your swash should go down . Here's how you fix that go into your swash mix menu and whatever your pitch is at for example if it is - 60 than make it + 60 and that will fix the problem
