@IMakeBurialVideosofU The current failure rates of the jasper chipset (only one in production now) and the upcoming valhalla motherboard is between 0.5% to 2%. Those rates are for the launch consoles. Not very bad considering the PS3 slim still has rates between 5-7%.

@imnotftw PS3 has blu-ray movie playback. Games are rendered with polygon models that are stored either on the HDD or a disk. The bluray drive itself has nothing to do with graphics. There is no such thing as "bluray graphics for games" because it's a movie/storage format.

Sony is more successful than Microsoft. Want proof? Well PS2's are still selling TODAY. Xbox games are not selling and it has been shut down. XBOX 360's failure rate is too high. 54.2%. Who cares how much games 360 people? that doesn't determine which console is better. PS3 was proven to have better graphics. 360 had to come out with 3 different upgraded versions due to their past failures. All ps3 had was slim. It only had more space on it. Soo, its failure rate is low and its worth it.
