    Here is the ingredients you need for this recipe:

    900g-1000g spare ribs

    3tb hoisin sauce

    3tb tomato ketchup

    2tb Chinese rice wine

    3tb light soy sauce

    2 garlic clove, minced

    Combine all the ingredients together and marinate the spare ribs for 2 hours or more. Roast the spare ribs in pre-heated oven (180°C) for 40 minutes, turn 2-3 times in between and brush with sauce. after 40 minutes, brush both sides with 2tb clear honey, and roast them for further 10 minutes, 5 minutes each side.
